RETURN POLICY

Return Policy - Mx Survival Products

Thank you for choosing Mx Survival Products ("we," "us," or "our"). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges of products purchased from our website.

1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe

1.1 You may request a refund or exchange for a product within 15 days from the date of receiving the product. To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to Support@mxsurvival.com. Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions on the return process.

2. Return Process and Requirements

2.1 You must ensure that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any product that has been used, damaged, or is not in its original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2.2 Once you have received instructions from our customer support team, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to our facility. Please insure the package, as we are not responsible for lost packages that do not arrive back at our facility.

2.3 The shipping cost for returning the product will be paid by you, the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the returned product.

3. Refund Process and Timeframe

3.1 Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements mentioned in section 2. If the product is deemed eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process.

3.2 Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it can take up to 20 days from the time we receive the returned product for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

4. Restocking Fee

4.1 For returns, a 20 dollar restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the product.

5. Exchanges

5.1 If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please indicate this in your email to Support@mxsurvival.com. Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions on returning the original product and receiving the replacement.

By making a purchase from our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Return Policy.

Return Policy for all Ready Wise and Food products:

You may return any unopened, unused merchandise, no questions asked, within 30 days of purchase. To initiate the return process, please call us at 801-335-0345 Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM MST or email us at corporate@readywise.com. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

NOTE: There will be charged a $15 restocking fee deducted from the return amount for all ReadyWise branded products. For solar panel and generator product sales, there will be charged a restocking fee equal to the cost of return shipping of that product should a customer receive the generator and/or solar panel and then want to return it.

After a return is initiated with our return department:

1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.

2. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.

Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 20 business days of our receiving your return.
